What a group license gives you

One agreement, Premium at every location

A group license covers a set number of marina seats under one written agreement with your company, and every location on it gets the full Premium plan from the day it signs up, with no trial to run out and nothing for the location to pay. Add locations as you grow, up to the seats in your agreement.

A group dashboard for your office

Your group administrator gets their own sign-in and a dashboard showing seats used and seats remaining. To add a location, enter the manager's name, email, and the marina's name. The invite reserves a seat, and the manager claims it from the email and sets up their marina. Unclaimed invites can be revoked, and they expire after 30 days.

Each dock keeps its own prices

The group dashboard manages seats, not prices. Each location has its own admin who sets fuel prices, hours, and the board, and adds their own team. Your group administrator doesn't see or edit any location's prices, boards, or users, so the people who know the price are the ones who post it.

Locations can leave cleanly

Selling a marina or ending a management contract? Remove the location from the group and its seat frees up. The location keeps its account, its users, and its boards, and carries on as an independent My Fuel Dock account on the Free plan, free to upgrade on its own.

Built for teams that run several docks

One login for managers who cover several marinas

A regional manager can use the same email at every marina they run. Sign-in shows a list of their marinas with their role at each, and a dropdown in the sidebar switches between them. No separate accounts to keep track of.

The right access for each person

Every location has three roles: Admin (full access, including users and billing), Staff (price updates only), and Webmaster (everything except billing and managing users). With Premium at every location, each one can invite as many people as it needs.

Boards that match across locations

Every location gets the full set of premium board designs, and the portal reads each location's website to pre-fill its brand colors. Choose the same design and colors at each marina and your boards look alike everywhere, whether each location has its own website or they share one company site.

One webmaster can cover them all

If one web person looks after all your sites, add them as the Webmaster at each location with the same email. They paste each location's snippet once, on that location's page, and they're done. After that, dock staff change prices without them. That's the One Paste Promise.

Updates from the dock, not the office

Staff at each location update their own prices from the web portal, the My Fuel Dock mobile app, or a text message. Each location's board changes the moment its prices do.
